OPERATION EMPLOYEE JOB TITTLE AND Duties: TICKET SALES ASSISTANT
1.1 The Ticket Sales Assistant is engaged to sale show ticket to the audience at gate every day we have show schedule,

1.2 The Ticket Sales Assistant is engaged to manage the safety and the control flow of the guests during show time helping the ushers team.

1.3 The Ticket Sales Assistant will learn and understand the show conductor course of the show with the Artistic Show Director and Duty Manager support,

1.4 The Ticket Sales Assistant will learn all the STUNT show floor plan area and all safety issues to support the Duty Manager in case of an emergency evacuation.

1.5 The Ticket Sales Assistant will learn the show and safety SOG/SOP with the Stage Manager team support.

1.6 The Ticket Sales Assistant will be responsible to welcome and serve all guests on a daily base with the same level a quality he has been trained.

1.7 The Ticket Sales Assistant maybe required by the SEP company to participate in internal special events inside or outside the show area location.

1.8 The Ticket Sales Assistant report to the daily Duty Manager.

TICKET SALES ASSISTANT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:2.1 need to speak English, Spanish and if possible German or French,

2.2 have experiences in welcoming and guest services,

2.3 have good interpersonal skills,

2.4 know how to speak in public and manage crowds,

2.5 have sales experience,

TICKET SALES ASSISTANT ROLE AND RESPONSABILITES:
The Ticket Sales Assistant will be responsible to:3.1 pre set, check and clean the Plaza and the ticketing area before we open to the audience,

3.2 open the ticketing area and Q line to the audience,

3.3 Manage the overall activity in the Ticketing booth area (inform show price, inform various activity like driving experience, explain what is the show, sale ticket )

3.4 Assist the Usher team to organize and manage the control flow and the safety of the audience during show time,

3.5 manage and control access of the Plaza to audience who have show ticket,

3.6 manage the cleanliness of their own costumes on a day-to-day basis and will be permitted to take them home.

3.7 participate on time to all meeting request and information session schedule by the SEP Management,

3.8 participate to all safety training, First Aid and Emergency rescue programs schedule by the SEP Management,

3.9 participate in all private ceremonies schedule by the SEP Management,

3.10 assist SEP Management to promote a safe and quality work environment for all employee,

Pay: 1,500.00€ per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palma de Mallorca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
