Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of digital marketing and technical specialists to a coordinated approach to achieving revenue and new student goals.
- Create growth strategy and messaging for the student journey on our website, through SEM, website engagement, and conversions.
- Formulate and execute web content strategies that promote StraighterLine and build an online presence, generating leads and online sales.
- Maintain and enhance existing website content in order to better serve current and prospective students.
- Support holistic activities to deliver Paid Search (SEM) & Organic Search (SEO) engagement, capability build, and efficiencies.
- Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly searchbased data and impact of SEO & SEM activities as well as ranking monitoring, analysis, testing, and dashboard management.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for improvements to site experiences, generating new ideas around industryrelated topics.
- Support UX optimization initiatives and A/B test ideation for our website.
- Effectively assist in managing campaign expenses by staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Masters degree preferred
- 10+ years of handson experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, and managing a team
Experience/Skills Needed:
- Experience in managing website performance and ecommerce platforms
- An uptodate, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in SEM
- Extensive experience with developing and managing buyer journeys and building repeatable growth in a B2C environment
- Knowledge of marketing automation process and campaign management
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Familiarity with web management content systems, Zoho and or Salesforce, HubSpot, and preferred or working knowledge of similar platforms.
- Experience with eCommerce and website standard methodologies, including information architecture/navigation, content formatting, crosslinking, metadata, and tagging
- Proactive selfstarter; you are comfortable working autonomously and leading teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Exhibits a problemsolving mentality
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, highly reciprocal environment where flexibility and collaboration are needed
