- Own Email, SMS, Lifecycle, and CRM revenue, end-to-end.
- Plan and execute all campaign, promotional, seasonal, and sales communications.
- Define and execute the full lifecycle and retention strategy: welcome, education, reorder, loyalty, churn, and win-back flows.
- Build and optimize high-impact flows tied to product usage, replenishment, and repeat purchase behavior.
- Lead advanced segmentation, personalization, and dynamic messaging at scale.
- Define and implement the testing roadmap across campaigns and flows (offers, timing, frequency, content).
- Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Product, and CX teams to drive conversion and retention.
- 5+ years owning Email Marketing and CRM for beauty or consumable DTC brands.
- Proven track record in both campaigns and lifecycle, not just one.
- Experience driving meaningful revenue and retention in $8–20M ARR businesses.
- Deep understanding of beauty customer behavior, education, and repurchase cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESP).
- Highly analytical, execution-focused, and results-driven.
- Measurable contribution of Email/CRM to revenue.
- Improvements in repeat purchase rate, reorder rate, and LTV.
