Our client is one of the most renowned Spanish wine distributors in the restaurant and retail trade and among the most prestigious Wine Merchants in Europe.

Besides distributing, importing and exporting they also sell to the public and trade and participate in numerous winemaking projects with legendary Spanish winemakers.

Tasks

  • Administrative support, following up on sales orders and invoices
  • Manage marketing activities to promote the company's products, as well as translation of official documents
  • Manage and process everything related to export documentation
  • Future assistance to international fairs and collaboration in the organization of commercial agendas

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in backoffice will be highly valued
  • Previous experience using Excel
  • Interest in marketing and social media
  • Great communication skills
  • Passion for the wine industry is desired
  • Nativelevel Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Professional level of Spanish
  • Fluent level of English (plus)
