    As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic adviser and change partner in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

    You'll work with senior leaders across territories to shape people strategies that enable transformation, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable growth. You'll translate complex priorities into scalable, practical people solutions within a global HR CoE model. You'll influence leadership, drive culture evolution, and embed consistent people practices across a diverse workforce. This role offers the chance to help scale the business and elevate leadership capability in a dynamic, cross-border context.

    • Act as trusted strategic advisor to Market/Function Leader and leadership team, translating strategy into actionable people priorities
    • Provide insight on organisational effectiveness, talent, and culture during change and growth
    • Lead people input into transformation initiatives ensuring leadership, structure, capability, and culture evolve with scale
    • Champion and embed change in leadership mindset and behaviours to support sustainable performance
    • Coach leaders to strengthen decision-making and people leadership capability across performance, employee relations, and change
    • Partner with Talent and Learning CoEs to deliver leadership development solutions
    • Lead organisational design, restructuring, and role clarity to support agility and growth
    • Ensure talent planning and succession planning align with priorities and objectives
    • Embed culture, engagement, performance management, and career development processes
    • Provide guidance on complex employee relations and scalable ER solutions
    • Operate within a global HR CoE, evolve service delivery, and use data to improve impact
    • Collaborate with Reward, People Operations, and HR CoEs for consistent delivery across a global workforce
    Responsabilidades


    • Extensive HR experience xugodme with strong track record as HR Business Partner in professional services or startups
    • Experience in fast-changing, ambiguous, scaling organisations with transformation focus
    • Proven leadership in organisational design, restructuring, and cultural change
    • Deep expertise in employee relations and scalable ER solutions
    • Strong commercial and operational acumen with hands-on execution
    • Experience in a global HR CoE model across territories and stakeholders
    • High influence and coaching ability with leaders at all levels
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using people analytics to inform decisions
