    Senior 3D Character Artist

    We're seeking a talented and passionate Senior Character Artist to join our team in Montréal for the Dungeons & Dragons PC/Console video game project.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work on a unique gaming adventure that blends Action-RPG/Survival mechanics with life simulation elements, redefining the genre and captivating gamers worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Create high-quality characters and creatures through sculpting, modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and material creation.
    2. Deliver exceptional character translations while considering game design constraints and maintaining a strong artistic direction.
    3. Collaborate closely with the Lead 3D Character Artist to ensure visual targets are consistently exceeded and stylistically consistent.
    4. Coordinate with tools and technology teams to develop solutions for creating the best characters possible.
    5. Evaluate assets to guarantee they meet their intended design and are ready for rigging and animation.
    6. Work alongside other disciplines like Design, Concept Art, Animation, Tech Art, and VFX to fully realize characters.
    7. Verify asset quality in the game and make improvements as necessary to fit technical constraints, performance targets, and artistic direction.
    8. Ensure timely completion of assets at the desired style and quality bar.
    9. Mentor Intermediate and Junior 3D Character Artists by providing guidance and feedback.
