- Support travel advisors with inquiries about products, prices, availability, and booking policies.
- Recommend tailored travel solutions and promote relevant upsell opportunities.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information during calls and written interactions.
- Manage realtime booking issues and coordinate with internal teams if needed.
- Stay up to date with travel products, seasonal offers, and company guidelines.
- Use sales techniques (upselling, crossselling) to maximize revenue where appropriate.
- Ensure proper documentation and use of internal systems (e.g., Amadeus, CRM).
- Collaborate with other internal squads for smooth handovers.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Customeroriented mindset and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, travel industry, customer service, or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (preferably Amadeus) is desirable.
- Starting hour between 18:0020:000h (Monday to Sunday).
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, or any related field is preferred but not essential.
