At IOI, we foster a
hybrid work environment, allowing for the flexibility of working two days from home and three days from the studio.


What you will do:


  • Work with and support the production teams from all disciplines, alongside your fellow support engineers, with the goal of running a smooth production.
  • Collaborate across production teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues users face with our internal tools of the trade.
  • Assist our Build Engineers with maintaining, monitoring, and setting up Perforce and build farms onpremise and in Azure.
  • Write and debug tools/scripts for automation in PowerShell, C#, etc.
  • Other work typically includes creating and maintaining tools and scripts that help your adhoc work and creating reports or tools for reporting when specific information is needed.

Who you are:


  • Experience with source control and CI/CD platforms; Perforce, GIT, TeamCity, etc.
  • Programming experience with C# and/or PowerShell (basic programming).
  • You possess detailed knowledge of Microsoft desktop software, and you may even have experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or similar.
  • A friendly and helpful attitude, excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and a flair for making things work.
  • You have the ability to prioritize the workload, ensure continuity of businesscritical environments and exhibit a good understanding of structured installations.
