The role involves creating memorable experiences in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, monitoring and reporting on team performance, providing individual feedback, and motivating team members. Other responsibilities include tracking training, participating in the recruitment process, organizing shifts, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures, and handling customer interactions.

• Bilingual or proficient in German with an advanced level of English.
• Valid EU passport - mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to implement and manage changes effectively.
• High customer service orientation and project management skills.
• IT knowledge and skills, including familiarity with IT platforms, equipment, and applications (e.g., Windows/MS Office/internet configuration).
• A proactive approach to challenges and a drive for personal and professional development.

• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30.
• Salary: €27,000 gross/year + up to €4,000 gross/year in bonuses.
