Job Description:
PetCare Growth Digital Platform team is looking for a Salesforce Multi-Cloud Administrator to manage and administer multiple Salesforce Clouds within PetCare organization.
Salesforce is already present in PetCare with around 20+ instances of various clouds such as Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
The Multi-Cloud Administrator will overseethe configuration, customization, and maintenance of these various cloud solutions to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
What are we looking for?Proven experience and strong proficiency as a SalesForce administrator Problem-Solving Skills Excellent problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.What will be your key responsibilities?Cloud Configuration:
He/she configures and customizes each Salesforce cloud instance according to the specific requirements of the organization. This involves setting up user profiles, permissions, data models, workflows, and automation.
Integration Management:
He/She manages native integrations between different Salesforce clouds as well as with other third-party applications, ensuring data flows smoothly across various systems and platforms
User Support and Training:
He/She provides support to users across different Salesforce clouds, troubleshooting issues, and guiding best practices. He/She may also conduct training sessions to educate users on how to effectively utilize Salesforce features.
Security and Compliance:
He/She implements security measures and ensures compliance with data protection regulations across all Salesforce clouds. This includes managing user access controls, data encryption, and monitoring for security threats.
Data Management:
He/She oversees data migration, cleansing, and maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all Salesforce clouds. He/She may also create and manage data backups and recovery procedures.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
He/Shemonitors the performance of each Salesforce cloud instance and identify areas for improvement. This may involve optimizing workflows, automations, and system configurations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration and Communication:
He/She collaborates with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and Salesforce consultants, to understand business requirements and align Salesforce solutions accordingly.
Effective communication skills are essential for gathering requirements, providing updates, and addressing concerns.SalesForce key contact :
