Market research through targeted market research in order to drive sales: competitive research and continuous reporting.

  • Design of strategic commercial plan according to indication, B2B and B2C.
  • Qualifying the given leads and converting them into business opportunities.
  • Create budgets and follow up on them.
  • Researching, approaching customers and offering advice on services to persuade them to buy;
  • Inbound and outbound calls to new leads via whatsapp, webinars, lives, presentations and events.
  • Updating and renewing existing customers.
  • B2B and B2C management.
  • Raising Quotes based on customer requests.
  • Organising and recording sales quotes, sales orders and sales opportunities.
  • Take full responsibility for direct sales in the region and achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Perform database and record keeping activities.
  • Analyse business difficulties and seek solutions to address barriers together with your superior.
  • B2C customer acquisition through rrss.
  • Native Portuguese.
  • Experience related to the sales area.
  • Desirable experience in the education sector.
  • Analytical capacity with a clear focus on achieving objectives.
  • Management of computer tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Organized with selfmanagement capacity.
  • Multidisciplinary.
  • Versatility and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in your native language
  • Level C1 or higher in English.
  • Commitment and desire to grow.
  • Possibility of joining the team immediately.
