- Qualifying the given leads and converting them into business opportunities.
- Create budgets and follow up on them.
- Researching, approaching customers and offering advice on services to persuade them to buy;
- Inbound and outbound calls to new leads via whatsapp, webinars, lives, presentations and events.
- Updating and renewing existing customers.
- B2B and B2C management.
- Raising Quotes based on customer requests.
- Organising and recording sales quotes, sales orders and sales opportunities.
- Take full responsibility for direct sales in the region and achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Perform database and record keeping activities.
- Analyse business difficulties and seek solutions to address barriers together with your superior.
- B2C customer acquisition through rrss.
- Native Portuguese.
- Experience related to the sales area.
- Desirable experience in the education sector.
- Analytical capacity with a clear focus on achieving objectives.
- Management of computer tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Organized with selfmanagement capacity.
- Multidisciplinary.
- Versatility and proactive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication in your native language
- Level C1 or higher in English.
- Commitment and desire to grow.
- Possibility of joining the team immediately.
