What are we looking for?
We are looking for a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER to expand our international technical support team.

You will work on the installation of our products at an international level, always coordinating the needs of our customers.

You will join a highly cohesive, proactive, and customer-oriented team that faces new challenges with energy and good vibes.

What will you do?

Installation of new machines, products and equipment at international level
Carry out electronic and IT maintenance of the current fleet
Management, monitoring and resolution of any incidents that may arise, and providing support for our customers' needs by of telephone and/or facetoface support.
Give support to the sales department
Customer's training of our products

What do you need?

High studies in electronic maintenance, telecommunications, and computer systems, electrotechnical and automated systems, or similar
At least 2 years of experience in repairing or maintenance of consumer or industrial electronic products
Availability to travel around 30% of the time, mainly in Europe, Eastern Countries and Asia (EMEA)
High level of English, a language that you will use habitually,
Driving License
