Manager Hype Trading

  • General Purpose & Overall Relevance for The Organization

The Digital Growth Hype team is a unit dedicated to the Hype business for the brand across its different digital touchpoints.

Hype commercial team leads commercial forecasts, drives decisions and opportunities to deliver sales.
As a Manager in Digital Hype Commercial, you will

  • Plan commercial forecasts, report, track against them.
  • Measure business performance weekly, monthly, quarterly to identify opportunities or risks and influence actions across teams maximize sales.
  • Find business development opportunities to grow the business and engage with the consumer.
Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Planning
  • Commercial planning and forecasting of sales utilizing GTM and membership insights, historical demand, sales performance factoring in any risks or opportunities
  • Integrate commercial plans into monthly, quarterly bottomup sales forecasts and KPIs at a global, market level.
  • Measure against topdown goals or forecasts and ensure forecast accuracy and transparency
  • Work closely with market buying teams to align commercial expectations
  • Deliver key insights to support business and sales performance reviews
  • Resolve commercial challenges with cross functional partners in global and market teams by flagging risks
  • Project Management for Sales and Business Reviews
  • Manage the weekly, monthly, yearly business reviews end to end by driving clear communication on deliverables, timelines, and process.
  • Deliver key insights to support business and sales performance reviews

  • Daytoday Commercial Reporting
  • Day to Day reporting of performance to support hype hub business units, stakeholders in decision making and actions to mitigate any inseason commercial risks.

  • Requirements
  • Education & Experience
  • University Degree with focus on Business Administration, Finance, Analytics or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment
  • Proven experience as commercial manager or other relevant role
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical and strategic mindset
  • Knowledge in Ecom technologies & digital processes
  • Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies
  • Soft-Skills
  • Ability to initiate and navigate through ambiguity
  • Agile mindset which allows you to thrive in a VUCA environment
  • Growth Mindset
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and crossfunctional partners, motivating and collaborating while driving results
  • Very good communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Strong experience to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Hard-Skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Project management and project monitoring experience
  • Fluent English both verbally and written
