We are looking for an E-commerce manager with deep understanding of CRM to join our team at Camiral Golf & Wellness.


Based in offices close to Girona with great views overlooking the #1 Golf Course in Spain, Camiral Golf & Wellness offers a wealth of opportunities: a world-class golf venue, a contemporary 5-star hotel, a boutique hotel and a world-leading luxury real estate development.

Reporting to the Marketing director, the E-commerce manager will oversee and manage the ecommerce department of the company.

He will handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising and will be responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies.

Main responsibilities and duties

  • Development and implementation of the ecommerce strategy with marketing and revenue departments
  • Sales optimization and pricing strategy
  • Utilize CRM program to ensure data is leveraged to manage the user journey
  • Supervision of the web development and design
  • Online content management
  • Ongoing web maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Web traffic

Skills:

Mandatory

  • 56 years' experience in a similar role
  • CRM knowledge
  • Passionate about UX
  • Proficiency of English and Spanish (spoken / written)
Desirable

  • International experience
  • Hotel or real estate experience will be a plus
