    Tasks

    Your responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Manager will be:

    Your first responsibility will be to create and ensure your team's Client portfolio thanks to business development.

    Then, you will ensure the delivery of your perimeters:

    Management of your team members:

    • Day-to-day delivery success
    • KPIs follow-up
    • Target setting and feedback management
    • Career development
    • Training & onboarding delivery
    • Forecast, search, and recruitment of recruitment consultants/ trainees for your hub
    • Administration of your direct reports (paperwork, commission tracking, holidays, etc.)
    • Lead by example: as a manager, you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activities
    • Day-to-day account management and partnership management with your clients and your team's clients' portfolio
    • Strong partnership and mutual support with other Blu Managers

    You will be a true actor in Blu Management and Organizational Strategy:

    • Take on operational management responsibilities within the company
    • Participate in the strategy and further development of the company
    • Identify areas of change/improvements and drive changes
    • Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and planning
    • Make Blu Selection one of the Key Actor of the European Market
    • Initiation/Participation in Ad-hoc Blu and Team Projects
    • Other Team Lead and Management back-up

    Requirements

    Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

    • Having a proficient level of English
    • Having a native level of German, Dutch/Flemish, Danish or Norwegian
    • Having previous significant experience in 360 Recruitment of a minimum of 6 years in a Recruitment Agency
    • Having strong experience in people management within a multicultural environment
    • Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
    • Being a Team player
    • Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
