Junior CSO Supply Planner
6 months fix contract

Cross Division (Luxury, Consumer), Granollers Planning Hub

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Granollers Planning HUB is recruiting a CSO (Customer Service Orders availability) Junior Planner, reporting to the PIPO-CSO Manager (PIPO = Phase-In & Phase-Out).

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

Handle DC customer order cycle: analysis of daily sales orders, stock availability in order to define the key actions to protect service
Quota management
Execute item substitution at customer order level
Phase In Phase Out analysis
Execute process of delivery creation
Analyze daily service cut cases and share with the relevant market
Communicate and support Business Units needs
Execute reports for those processes

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Graduate in Higher Education studies (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management being preferrable)
Fluent in English (our working business language)
Motivated and with a "can do" attitude
Has analytical skills, usage of Excel
Feels Accountable and owner
Having some basics in SAP is a plus
