    ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE / DEPENDENCY

    Reporting to the HRBP

    MAIN DUTIES

    The HR Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Manager with various tasks and projects.
  • Learn about different talent management strategies by observing and participating in planning meetings.
  • Aid in creating materials or events that promote company culture and values.
  • Provide support with recruitment processes by helping to organize interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Shadow HR professionals during interviews to learn best practices.
  • Observe HR guidance provided to managers and learn how to challenge proposals constructively.
  • Observe Employee Relations Managers handling issues and learn through their approach.
  • Participate in employee relations meetings as a note-taker or coordinator under guidance. SKILLS

    PROFILE NEEDED

    MAIN STUDIES Degree in human resources, psychology or related field.

    LANGUAGES English (Fluent C1) French is a plus.

    IT TOOLS Proficient in MS Office.

    EXPERIENCE Previous experience in an HR department is a plus.
