    Job Description: Commercial QA Manager Spain

    In this role you will lead the Quality Management system implementation within the Business unit and supply chain. You are the single point of contact for quality in the business unit Barcelona, ensuring business unit compliance to procedures and systems, GDP, applicable regulations and guidelines for OTC, food supplements, medical devices, and cosmetics.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overall Quality management system implementation within business unit
    • Responsible for self-inspection program and audit readiness for Internal /external audits
    • Insurance that training system are properly managed and applied in business unit
    • Ensure business unit team members are following processes for projects, change management,
    • Artwork approval and all quality processes.
    • Communicate quality requirements with distributors.
    • Draft, review and approve quality distribution agreements.
    • Ensure Quality Technical Agreements are updated and approved.
    • Lead all local investigations regarding defected products at Distributors and in market and resolution of quality issues that may affect consumer safety, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
    • Oversee and review any rework activities done at distributors level
    • Quarantine of stock where there is doubt on assurance of quality, safety, and efficacy of finished products to be sold.
    • Review/ approve and report on monthly basis the change control, non-conformity process, Complaints and CAPA follow up in the Business unit.
    • Performing Quality management review to communicate with BU leadership team quality KPIs, main quality issue and improvement project/opportunities.
    • Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Procurement, Supply, and other QA personnel in Cooper Supply sites/ contract manufacturers to resolve quality issues that may affect consumer safety, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
    • Conduct Quality Review, document the process and report to Global quality team
    • Responsible for taking the quality decisions regarding product Hold/release to market in alignment with Business unit leadership team
    • Approve annual quality product reviews for licensed product
    • Manage recalls and mock recalls
    • Complete the required reports related to the commercial quality. Monitor the KPI's to analyze performance.
    • Performance of health checks of internal systems and reporting of KPI, project status and other reporting where necessary

    • Experience with internal and external audits
