As a JLL Facilities Manager, you will join our dynamic team of industry experts and play a vital role in delivering exceptional facility management services to our clients.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our client's facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and optimisation of facility services, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and productive environment for occupants.

As a JLL Facilities Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.


Responsibilities:


1.


Facility Management:


  • Implement and manage comprehensive facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of client facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess and maintain facility condition, identify areas for improvement, and address repair and maintenance needs promptly.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and systems, reduce downtime, and minimise disruptions.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering customised facility management solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strong vendor management strategies, selecting and managing contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and attend regular meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with expectations and contractual obligations.

Financial Management:


  • Prepare and manage facility management budgets, ensuring costeffective operations and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse facilityrelated costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to optimise facility expenditures.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to review financial reports, forecasts, and performance indicators, providing recommendations for operational improvements.

Health and Safety Compliance:


  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing and promoting best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure emergency response plans are in place, conducting drills and training sessions to enhance safety awareness and preparedness.

HVAC Operation and Maintenance:


Manage and maintain HVAC systems across multiple facilities, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with all industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment to identify and address potential issues promptly.
Collaborate with technicians and contractors to schedule and execute repairs, upgrades, and replacements as necessary.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and procedures for HVAC equipment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) and or proven experience in facility management or related roles.
  • Experience working on LEED Platinum Certification
  • Solid knowledge of facility management principles, including maintenance, building systems, safety, and sustainability.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading and inspiring teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software, computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS), and other relevant technology tools.
