**Project Manager, Global Creative

THE ROLE

  • At McCann Worldgroup, we are looking for a Project Manager who, reporting to the Chief of Staff Global Creative, will be responsible for facilitating his daytoday activities by managing and overseeing the most relevant projects. The mission of this role is to assist in achieving the different projects smoothly, facilitating the work of the entire organizational structure, and serving as a bridge between different people and departments with direct access to top management.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project management:
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders to succeed in completing the different projects;
  • Use project management skills to organize, track, communicate, and deliver solutions;
  • Regularly communicate status and challenges of the different projects to COS;
  • Quickly change direction and modify plans in the face of shifting priorities.
  • Creative projects: be the person in charge of following up on all stakeholders and scheduling meetings and catchups.
  • Work crossfunctionally involving all areas of the company engaged in various projects and reports throughout the year. Organize meetings, councils and/or summits.
  • External Relations and Interactions: frequent interaction with suppliers, third parties, awards peopleManagement and preparation of everything related to industry association memberships and other institutions.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the database of all internal and external contacts.
  • Establish and schedule internal and external meetings, preparing all necessary information and documentation.
  • Propose improvement alternatives that address unresolved needs and internal and external priorities of the global creative community.
  • Press monitoring and communication of potentially interesting news: keep informed of relevant events that may impact the creative community directly or indirectly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 in a similar role. Experience in a multinational creative, digital, media agency, or consultancy will be valued.
  • High capacity for planning, task prioritization, synthesis, and analysis, with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Goaloriented (quantitative and qualitative).
  • High level of communication skills.
