About the role


The primary role is to lead the development of innovate Commercial Excellence Programs in the Endoscopy Division ensuring successful and sustained execution.

Programs and solutions determined by the C&CE Director which will include and may vary, Go-To Market design, Commercial offering Innovation, Sales and Marketing Process, Sales Force Effectiveness and Healthcare Solutions & Partnership collaboration.

Reporting to the Customer engagement commercial excellence director


Your Responsibilities will include:


  • Support the Business to create a strategic Vision and Objectives for Commercial Programs ensuring this is understood and aligned with the Division.
  • Build an annual Roadmap for Commercial Programs with objectives and milestones. Review Quarterly with the Endo Leadership team ensuring alignment and commitment to delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with other C&CE roles to develop and deliver Sales and Marketing Excellence initiatives, as well as with Centers of Excellence and X Functional Teams to ensure understanding of strategic initiatives and gain support for Divisional adoption.
  • Strong user knowledge of CRM systems and a desire to evolve the utilization of Cloud technology within Sales and Marketing. Strong decision making.
  • Lead a Divisional Core team including a Cloud Divisional Specialist, Business Analyst and COE Business Support to effectively plan and deliver a Cloud platform and business process annual roadmap.
  • Leads Cloud Sales Effectiveness initiatives such as Account Segmentation and Productivity process ensuring effective development and deployment into Division.
  • Effectively project manage the roll out of all new Sales Cloud processes ensuring adequate training and end user support.
  • Develop effective processes to enhance cloud customer and financial data accuracy.
  • Support the development and execution of Cloud processes to support Closed Loop Marketing, Multichannel activity, and data insights.
  • Develop and improve the sales enablement tools such as (Pitcher and E-Commerce)
