NBCUniversal Global Networks Spain is a division of NBCUniversal Networks International that produces and distributes thematic pay tv channels which currently are Calle 13, SYFY & DreamWorks in Spain and SYFY & E Entertainment in Portugal.


The Social & PR trainee will work with the
Digital & PR Manager to create engaging content for NBCUniversal International Networks Iberia social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.


Job Description:


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the supervision, implementation and execution of the Digital Plan in coordination with agencies and partners.
  • Agency support and coordination:
  • Coordinates with the Digital Manager the social media agencies for the company social media channels.
Including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms for 5 brands across two territories:
Spain (Universal+, Calle 13, SYFY and DreamWorks) and Portugal (SYFY and E Entertainment)

  • Assist in the content plan creation for social media schedule & special activities (contest, events, influencers ). Copy review and general creative strategy for the social assets creation.
  • Collect monthly the analysis of KPIs for social media. Coordinates monthly social report, running reports and analysing the data. Analysis of results and control of metrics of the different actions carried out based on the established KPIs.
  • Social media ads: Always on campaigns & tentpoles campaigns. Coordinate all promotions and advertisements.
  • PR activities & PR Reports support.
  • Managing of promotional assets from all the different distributors for digital and promos for social media usage. (In coordination with EMEA Creative team)
  • Prepare materials (Gifs, reels, subtitlesetc) for presentations, support for internal and external meetings.
  • Creates dynamic writer, graphic and video content. Translations and subtitling of promos and scripts for dubbing
  • Administrative tasks such as coordination of meetings, preparation of budgets and reports, among others.

Qualifications:


  • Experience and solid knowledge of the digital field
  • Great analytical, organizational and creative capacity
  • Proactivity and great communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of English, both spoken and written
  • A genuine passion for TV
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • University Degree in Audiovisual Communication or Library science but not essential. University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish Pay TV market is preferred
  • The studies must have finished less than 3 years ago
