On this occasion, we offer an indefinite contract in Claims & Underwriting area.

What is the purpose/mission of the position?


Daily management of a team of claims technicians in alignment with the strategic priorities of the Customer Area and the instructions of the Head of Underwriting.


Among other duties, Operational Managers focus on the day-to-day business delivery of their respective teams to make sure they fulfil their Service Level Agreements and KPIs with special attention to Customer Satisfaction.

What are the tasks that you'll perform?

  • Organize and align the available resources and the required deliveries as per the expected times and quality standards, both in the short and medium term. You anticipate and plan ahead, also helping your responsible and teams understand future needs.
  • Manage and lead a team of technicians you follow the People Cycle set by HR and support your team members in their learning and development by knowing what's going on and what they ambition to achieve.
  • Ensuring adequate implementation of regulations, internal standards, policies and guidelines as well as company projects related to all processes managed by the team.
  • Adequate stakeholder management and collaboration with other areas and managers to ensure smooth operations and (internal and external) customer service.
  • Proposing and implementing improvements in the managed processes aiming at optimizing and improving (internal and external) customer service
  • Supervising the processes managed under your responsibility to ensure meeting expectations, to avoid incidents, to close findings and, where required, inform the relevant stakeholders.
  • Carry out a strategic and operational management of Claim area (life, home, unemployment, civil liability, etc.), in order to secure profitability of company risk product portfolio.
  • Managing and negotiating with vendors (claim providers and reinsurance companies)
  • Implementing customer experience principles and initiatives in claims
  • Analyzing business, suggesting and implementing actions to improve efficiency and reduce claims.
What are we looking for?


We are looking for a person with University degree or similar with an experience of at least 3-6 years working with claims management tasks and 2 years or more leading a team.
