_About_ the role**:

We are looking for an administrative assistant to help grow the company's administrative department.

As a member of this department, you will collaborate in all administrative tasks as well as support the other areas of the company.

The objective of the position is to develop your professional career within the company and to grow in the area in terms of competences and responsibilities.

We are looking for a recent graduate who wants to start their professional career through a 6-month internship.


_ Key_ Responsibilities**:

- _Welcome visitors _and keep detailed and accurate records of them.
- _Answering and transferring phone calls_
- _Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming _mail
- _You will be _part of the Financial and Administration department, giving support to the rest of the team.
- _As we are an international company, travelling is our day by day. You will _be in charge of the travel requests, being the communication channel with the travel agency.


_Requirements:
_


  • Degree in Business Tourism, Administration or similar.
  • Motivated to learn about and research the potential for improvement in the department.
  • Familiarity with the accounting/invoicing process will be desirable.
  • Experience with ERP and management software will be desirable.
