Main Job Purpose- Repacking team contributes to provide Sustainable Customer Packaging solutions in a high
- change environment that add differentiation value to our customers and to the shopper, while improving speed to market and maximizing service and cost effectiveness of the solutions.

  • The Repacking Team leader is responsible to ensure, in collaboration with suppliers, that the required repacked products are delivered correctly in full, on time, with the right quality and in the most efficient way (cost, design, sustainability, production & logistics network...)
  • Key Accountability
  • Act as a dynamic leader with a passion for inspiring teams to achieve defined goals and
- passion for driving transformation, while understanding business needs and considering
- trade-offs when necessary.

  • Ensure customer demand fulfillment for the repacked finished goods
  • Manage and track performance KPIs for each repacker, establish action plans to improve
- performance, and ensure alignment to best practices

  • Continuously look for cost savings initiatives with suppliers and the business (ZBB zero
- based budget projects). Proactively research new materials and techniques that help us
- remain competitive and gain market share.

  • Monitor and manage costs to ensure adherence to budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure minimization of obsoletes materials cost in collaboration with the business.
  • Provide continuous improvements to the area's processes and to the communication flows
- with stakeholders.

  • Lead the review and negotiation of contractual documents with repackers
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of suppliers through market sourcing/research,
- identification of supplier capabilities, creation and administration of technical RFQ documents,
- proposal review, risk analysis, and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions to ensure
- service, quality and cost optimization.

  • Work internally in multifunctional teams with Brand Building and Brand Development,
  • Customer Marketing, Demand Planning, European Repacking team and other associated
- functions.

  • Key Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have an overall E2E understanding of supply chain
  • Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Customer orientation (service, way of working)
  • Team commitment, build and maintain external relations
  • Bias for action, high level of ownership and learning agility
  • Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment (high level of complexity)
  • Attention to detail and ability to use sound judgement
  • Knowledge of repacking activities and processes
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Key experience and qualifications required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience managing teams, and with experience in Supply
  • Chain, preferably in copacking, otherwise in contract manufacturing or planning. Some
- experience in procurement and or quality would be also highly valued.

  • Preferably experience in driving saving initiatives across the company
  • Preferably experience in the FMCG business
  • Languages: Spanish, English
  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office, high level of Excel
