    Supply Chain Demand Planner, Global Demand & Order Management

    Hybrid role - (3 days office, 2 days WFH)

    International travel may be required.

    Pharmanovia's focus areas encompass Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology, and Neurology.

    The position:

    • Handling customer orders and related inquiries.
    • Guiding and overseeing the S&OP planning for the designated portfolio markets.
    • Regular stock reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Conducting routine stock reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
    • DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding).
    • Monitoring and evaluating the DIO metric to gauge inventory turnover efficiency.
    • Spotting chances to minimize DIO by deploying strategies like demand forecasting, safety stock optimization, and efficient order management.
    • Supervising the process of inventory returns from customers or distribution channels.
    • Assessing returned inventory.
    • Tracking stock and inventory levels of key customers and consignment Distributors.
    • Issuing early alerts regarding potential stock shortages and escalating significant issues to the management team.
    • Assisting warehousing and distribution teams by generating various daily/weekly/monthly reports, tools, and dashboards.
    • Addressing all supply chain process issues related to bridging stock gaps.
    • Providing reporting support and conducting inventory & procurement analyses as needed, deriving insights from data to propose recommendations to the business.
    • Pinpointing areas for enhancement, formulating business cases before engaging with relevant stakeholders to gain their support and endorsement to develop a new tool or suggest an action plan that contributes to our innovation, performance, or trust priorities.

    About you:

    • Solid educational background, preferably a degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience in Supply Chain (preferably in the Pharma sector)
    • Experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, and Demand Forecasting.
    • Proficient in Computing: High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proven track record in inventory management, particularly in a global or multi-site setting.
    • Familiarity with inventory valuation methods, inventory control principles, and best practices.
    • Knowledge of inventory control systems and adeptness in utilizing inventory management software.
    • Enthusiastic and highly driven individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team in a commercially focused, results-oriented environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
