Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Valencia, Valencian Community

Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies that elevate our brands ZYCLE and WOLTIO in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth and visibility.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring maximum performance and budget efficiency.
• Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing assets — videos, carousels, infographics, newsletters, and social media content — maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity.
• Lead influencer partnerships and co-marketing initiatives, including selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance tracking.
• Plan and manage sponsorships and collaborations with key industry partners to amplify brand reach.
• Coordinate and supervise external agencies (social media, creative, PR), ensuring brand alignment, content quality, and timely delivery.
• Review and guide agency output to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within consumer electronics, sports tech, or automotive sectors.
• Proven experience managing external agencies and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid expertise in influencer marketing, including contract management, content review, and ROI measurement.
• Experience in sponsorship management and strategic partnerships.
• Strong command of digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms.
• Analytical mindset with solid experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced skills in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Experience using AI-powered tools for marketing automation, content creation, or analytics is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to work onsite in Massalfassar (Valencia) — own car required for commuting (not easily accessible by public transport).
