Could you be the full-time Production Line Manager in Pinto, Madrid we're looking for?


Your future role
You'll be responsible for compliance with the SQCDP production objectives of the line of work in charge.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain), managing a work team under your charge, which you must direct, organize, manage,..

as well as facilities, material resources and space under your charge and under your responsibility.


We'll look to you for:
EHS (SQDC + Kaizen)

  • Carrying out periodic IGP's of the workshop and implementation of improvement actions.
  • Security compliance monitoring, VOS implementation and proposal to improve the execution of activities.
  • Conducting and participating in accident investigations.
  • Propose improvement measures in terms of safety and the environment of the workshop to achieve the IFR and environmental objectives set by the company.
  • Compliance with internal Alstom and external regulations applicable to the center.
  • Proposal and compliance with the center's environmental objectives.
Quality (SQDC + Kaizen)

  • Monitoring the execution of activities in the workshop, according to the established program.
  • Training / Training of the personnel in charge.
  • Management of the qualifications of the personnel in charge.
Delivery (SQDC + Kaizen)

  • Ensure the execution of the committed activities, managing the resources under their responsibility.
  • Assignment of tasks to the personnel in charge, monitoring, resolution of incidents in daily production and closure.
Cost (SQDC + Kaizen)

  • Promote and implement PDCA actions (Plan Do Check Adjust) with the personnel in charge to improve the standard cost for each task.
Industrialization

  • Promote the culture of continuous improvement of the work team.
  • Carrying out 5's audits and implementing improvement actions.
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPI's Standard Tasks and Planning.
  • Management of improvement proposals.

Management:

  • Evaluation of the performance of the personnel in charge, proposal for promotions and disciplinary actions.
  • Management of OTs, FI,in GSI and SES, Training, qualifications, training,
  • Management of your work team: Calendar, presence, overtime, absenteeism, activity (Ready).
  • Management as manager of other Alstom tools (ALPS, )
NETWORK&LINK

Internal:
Industrial Equipment, Getafe and Pinto Production, Sourcing, Supply Chain (White and blue collars).

External:
Subcontractors, suppliers, property, official organizations.

  • Mechanical technical engineer or Senior Engineer
  • It is mandatory to have at least 4 years of experience in the Railway sector
  • It is an essential requirement to have knowledge of SAP
  • Team management, experience and/or LEAN training will be positively valued
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English is required
