Job summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support our Contact Center operations. In this role, you will design, develop and maintain data models and dashboards delivering actionable insights into customer data.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced industries automotive or similar businesses preferred.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools eg Tableau Power BI.
