Lead Project Manager - Data Centres - Electrical - Spain

Project:
A large datacentre (D&B) to be completed by the company from Greenfield site to commissioning and handover.


Location:
Barcelona


Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take the lead ensuring the project is delivered to expectation from an electrical perspective right through to commissioning ad handover.

Duties will include short term programming, site logistics, supervising and managing engineers and subcontractors, ordering materials and providing technical advice.

Coordination with both the CSA and Mechanical lead on the project.

You will also have oversight on project reporting, be confident to chair design team/client meetings and ensure strict health and safety standards are maintained.


Requirements:


This is a PM role so an understanding of planning and cost awareness is essential and a third level qualification would be desirable.
