    Job Title: Data Analyst for EMEA eCommerce

    About the Role:

    We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support and develop best-in-class analytics and reporting capability across EMEA. You will work closely with our strategic business analyst teams to drive actionable insights and share data intelligence across regions.

    • Support the development of comprehensive dashboarding solutions with multi-source data analysis.
    • Ensure real-time integration of dashboards into primary data sources, including Adobe Analytics and LUCI Sky Dashboards.
    • Identify further insights to action through media, data, and creative performance metrics.

    This is an excellent opportunity to influence and drive analytics capability across the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the ongoing development of comprehensive dashboarding solutions.
    • Integrate dashboards into all primary data sources.
    • Use dashboarding to identify further insights and ensure clear communication to stakeholders.
    • Explore and support the development of Adobe Analytics and automation export into media buying ecosystem.
    • Track and monitor execution and performance of Inside Sales Representatives for EMEA eCommerce.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years relevant working experience in Data Agencies, Technology supplier, or Call Centre.
    • Experience working with or for a multi-market supplier is desirable.
    • Deep understanding of analytics and reporting principles and tools.
    • Experience working with 'big data' in Workforce Management context.
    • Strong ability to communicate complex themes clearly and effectively.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep-rooted analytics mentality, be highly organized and inquisitive about customers, and passionate about data.
