    Interim CFO

    We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a international Ceramic company based in Castellon. As the Interim CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEOs and other senior leaders, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial future and success of our company.

    Responsibilities:

    Financial Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.

    Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.

    Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.

    Capital Management:

  • Optimize capital structure and manage capital allocation decisions.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial impact on the company.

    Treasury and Cash Management:

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for foreign exchange risk management.

    Financial Operations:

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and financial systems.
  • Drive efficiency improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

    Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and expansion strategies.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Interim CFO or senior finance executive in Industry sector
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance and managing complex financial operations.
