Job Summary


The Director, HR Business Partner will be responsible for the HR/leadership business partnership activities, developing, aligning and executing on HR initiatives with our contact center operations both in brick and mortar locations as well as virtual (as applicable).

This role will have frequent contact with Executive North America leadership members, and will be part of the North America HR leadership team reporting to VP, HR - North America.


You Will

  • Provides strategic direction and oversight to the HR Managers assigned to particular sites or accounts.
  • Plans, leads, develops,, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations' human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations' goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Partners with leadership to develop the departmental budget.

You Have

  • 4year college degree in human resources or business or equivalent experience and education,
  • Bonus points for Master's degree in related field preferred and/or CHRL designation.
years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources management inclusive of HRBP and HR Generalist responsibilities.

  • 57 years' experience working as a Human Resources leader supporting senior leadership teams in a Corporate/ professional environment.
  • Background in associate relations, learning and development, and problem/conflict resolution.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing others.
