Mission:
Helps to design and manage the company's internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
Assist with the analysis and review of assigned processes, risks and controls. Test the evidence provided for compliance with the controls.
Assess adequacy of business processes in order to validate compliance with Company's Principles & Practices, plans and processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Update the Risk Control Matrix to reflect processes currently in place and consistently used.
- Followup and support for the implementation of action plans for the remediation of issues found during internal audits.
- Develops and/or conducts ICFR compliance training for employees.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:
- 3 to 5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big4 background.
- Master in finance / Audit
- Internal controls / IFRS is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Auditing / finance / accounting /commerce.
- Workiva / Office / ERP's and BI is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Fluent: Spanish and English are required, other languages are valued.
- Required travel incountry and internationally averaging up to 30%.
