We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is on the search for a new challenge.

Our team is growing, and we are hiring Call Center Agents for an international projectin our receptive agency in our PMI Office for season.


The main responsibilities will be:

  • Telephone support to our clients and agencies.
  • Transfers' y excursions' schedule confirmation.
  • Handling accommodation issues in hotels
  • Lost and found assistance.
  • Assistance to customers with claims or emergencies.
  • Minimum experience of one year in a similar position.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Fluent English and German, writing and speaking.
  • Flexible working schedule.
  • Office Package knowledge.
  • Outlook, teams, excel.
