    The Role:

    As a junior campaign and marketing specialist at Job-Squad, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns using Google Ads. Your daily tasks will include:

    • Campaign Development: Act as a trusted consultant to onboard customers and develop PPC campaigns that meet their needs and goals.
    • Customer Support: Handle a high volume of potential customers daily via phone calls, providing advice and guidance on our services.
    • Sales and Upselling: Be responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustaining client relationships.

    Your Qualifications:

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • Languages: Native-level German and fluent English (B2).
    • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, preferably with outbound calls.
    • Education: A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of computer handling.
