Provides excellent service and supports customers' needs through daily order management and cooperation with other internal departments. Develops partnership with Sales organization to deliver business results and better service platforms.

The job you will perform

Act as a Safety advocate and promote our Culture of caring.
Designs, plans and manages the purchase, supply, storage and distribution of materials. Ensures that all IP Packaging areas have the necessary materials to carry out the company's activities under the best conditions.
Creates new opportunities for the supply department by identifying new suppliers and analyzing the market.
Negotiates procurement, purchase and supply agreements with suppliers, ensuring the best conditions.
Implements Global Sourcing procedures in IP.
Reassures smooth cooperation between Global Sourcing, Purchasing and Packaging France Stakeholders.
Supervises and ensures the correct raw materials and spare parts purchasing process: ordering, receiving and storing materials as well as solving potential issues that may arise.
Continuously seeks process improvements and reassures implementation of corporate goals.
Ensures that the applicable labor, safety, quality and environmental regulations are followed by suppliers making sure they are understood and implemented during works in IP plants.
Assists the Financial Controllers in tasks that Procurement action or support is required.
Know, applies and stays updated on the work procedures linked to his/her position.
Adhere to the highest standards of Ethics&Compliance.

The skills you will bring

Bachelor ́s degree.
Preferably a Master's degree in procurement.
Experience in purchasing and procurement processes, supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, best with technical and/or financial knowledge.
SAPsystems.
Local language, English Proficiency verbal and written.
Proficiency with MS Office suite; Excel skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build effective relationships.
