    The Vodafone Business Products are evolving and transforming at a rapid pace. To continue Vodafone's leadership position, and to drive the transformation further, Vodafone Group Technology has identified the need to establish and grow its strength in Digital Services.

    The VBPS PPE function are building a Next Generation Assurance, Orchestration and Data Analytics Platforms to support our IoT, UC, Mobile Private Network and Fixed Connectivity Products.

    As one of the Architects of the Vodafone Enhanced Service Monitoring (ESM) Platform you will work with the Vodafone Business Product Development teams to Architect and Design Solutions that deliver:

  • E2E service visibility, Route Cause Analysis (RCA) & Predictive frameworks.
  • Best in breed CX for managed, self-service & channels.
  • Underpinned by a Platform as a Service approach with API driven and automated integrations.

    • You will also work with Vodafone Digital & IT, Business Transformation, Vodafone local market Teams along with vendors and VF operations teams to input the ESM Platform Strategy and Architecture.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technology understanding of some of the Vodafone Business Enterprise Products, along with the deep understanding of the technology used to deliver the Enhanced Service Monitoring and Network Management Platforms.

    Core competencies and experience you need to bring:

  • Commercial OSS platforms.
  • Open Source and Enterprise versions of components that provide OSS capabilities such as ELK, Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Cloud Computing and Infrastructure ( AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Data Analytics, AI & ML.
  • Experience of integrating OSS platforms north and southbound through API protocols such REST & TMF.
  • Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns and Events driven Architectures. Software Architecture practices and familiar with software Development processes, management, and lifecycle (CI/CD).
  • Agile/SAFE delivery methodology.
