Reporting to the CMO, we are looking for a Demand Generation all-star to bring passion, creativity and innovation to our growing marketing team.

If you are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong bias to insight-driven action this is the position for you.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of Campaign Managers who execute campaigns against our core buyer segments to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales.
  • Facilitate effective brainstorming sessions which contribute to the generation of new ideas that push the boundaries of what's possible within Growth Marketing
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, measuring and optimizing marketing programs for ROI
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product leadership on strategy, sales plays, and campaigns.
  • Create a funnel that nurtures a lead Into a sale and understands what motivates a lead from top to bottom
  • Expand on buyer personas with the ability to deeply understand your audience and customized content tailored to them
  • Lead the development of stakeholderspecific campaign messaging

Requirements:


  • 6+ years' experience of proven track record of B2B demand generation with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with strong organization health scores.
  • Experience with managing marketing tech stack including Adwords, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Technical background, or experience marketing technical SaaS software solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, aptitude for metrics and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
  • Exceptional ROItracking skills, able to prove what is or isn't—working
  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (channels, tracking, conversion, personalisation), SEO and SEM strategies, paid search.
  • Proven track record of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations.
  • Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership and respond to questions from groups and individuals of all levels of management and employees.
