Descripción del empleo
What would you be doing with us?
- Comprehensive management of employees (hiring, dismissals, contracts, payroll, commissions, salary variations...).
- Management employee benefits (flexible remuneration, health insurance, gym...).
- Administration of the different employee vacation and work environment management platforms (Flexoh, Woffu, Officevibe, HRIS...).
- Build and improve Finance & HR reports.
- Maintenance of personnel databases.
- Execute and review monthly payroll closing processes.
- Preparation of reports for finance and HR.
- Participate in the analysis, control and reporting of salary costs.
- Collaboration with the accounting department: Audits, reports, process automation, etc.
- Management and control of social security and monthly/annual variables.
- Carrying out salary studies, remuneration policy and salary bands.
Requisitos:
Requirements:
- Diploma in Labor Relations and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration and/or Labor Sciences
- Live near Barcelona. The job is hybrid and you have to come to the office a maximum of 2 days a week.
- It is essential to have a minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role in Spain
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets)
- Advanced level of English and native Spanish
- Proactivity, autonomy and the ability to communicate optimally with any department and employee profile.
- Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem solving.
