We are the People Experience team supporting Doctoralia Spain & Tech.

There are 10 of us in Barcelona and currently, we are looking for a HR Admin to take care of the most important asset we hold:

What would you be doing with us?

  • Comprehensive management of employees (hiring, dismissals, contracts, payroll, commissions, salary variations...).
  • Management employee benefits (flexible remuneration, health insurance, gym...).
  • Administration of the different employee vacation and work environment management platforms (Flexoh, Woffu, Officevibe, HRIS...).
  • Build and improve Finance & HR reports.
  • Maintenance of personnel databases.
  • Execute and review monthly payroll closing processes.
  • Preparation of reports for finance and HR.
  • Participate in the analysis, control and reporting of salary costs.
  • Collaboration with the accounting department: Audits, reports, process automation, etc.
  • Management and control of social security and monthly/annual variables.
  • Carrying out salary studies, remuneration policy and salary bands.

Requisitos:


Requirements:


  • Diploma in Labor Relations and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration and/or Labor Sciences
  • Live near Barcelona. The job is hybrid and you have to come to the office a maximum of 2 days a week.
  • It is essential to have a minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role in Spain
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Advanced level of English and native Spanish
  • Proactivity, autonomy and the ability to communicate optimally with any department and employee profile.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem solving.
