We are the People Experience team supporting Doctoralia Spain & Tech.

There are 10 of us in Barcelona and currently, we are looking for a HR Admin to take care of the most important asset we hold:

What would you be doing with us?

Comprehensive management of employees (hiring, dismissals, contracts, payroll, commissions, salary variations...).
Management employee benefits (flexible remuneration, health insurance, gym...).
Administration of the different employee vacation and work environment management platforms (Flexoh, Woffu, Officevibe, HRIS...).
Build and improve Finance & HR reports.
Maintenance of personnel databases.
Execute and review monthly payroll closing processes.
Preparation of reports for finance and HR.
Participate in the analysis, control and reporting of salary costs.
Collaboration with the accounting department: Audits, reports, process automation, etc.
Management and control of social security and monthly/annual variables.
Carrying out salary studies, remuneration policy and salary bands.

Requisitos:

Requirements:

Diploma in Labor Relations and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration and/or Labor Sciences
Live near Barcelona. The job is hybrid and you have to come to the office a maximum of 2 days a week.
It is essential to have a minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role in Spain
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets)
Advanced level of English and native Spanish
Proactivity, autonomy and the ability to communicate optimally with any department and employee profile.
Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem solving.
