    What You'll Do:

    Being part of the FP&A and CSF&O organization in Criteo, the Global Sales Compensation team works on enhancing, expanding, and driving quarterly commercial cycles through processes & tools, as well as creating and executing Sales Compensation strategy for the entire Commercial population. We serve as Business Partners for the Commercial Management and Regional Sales Operations, contributing to significant Sales & Operations projects in collaboration with other global teams like FP&A, IT, Compensation & Benefits, and People Operations.

    • Participate in sales compensation administration:
    • Sales bonus achievement administration support, conducting data quality checks, analysis, and achievement calculations
    • Target letters administration, handling customer support, reporting on status and signatures
    • Sales Compensation centralization for Global teams, involving data retrieval and validation with stakeholders
    • Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes:
    • Target Setting, creating Compensation plans, analyzing Compensation plans by role
    • Achievement exceptions and correction management, monitoring and reporting on manual bonus calculations by Regional Sales Ops
    • SPIFF and Achievements changes processes, coordinating with Compensation & Benefits team for SPIFF results and monthly Achievement changes
    • Enhance Data quality in Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan
    • Preparing accruals and achievements processes in Sales Compensation management tools (Anaplan, PowerBI, Salesforce, Workday)
    • Providing HR data support to Regional Sales Ops (role definition, performance period)
    • Animate the Business Operations community (regional + global sales compensation)
    • Consolidating Planning and Sales Compensation updates for key Business Ops meetings
    • Planning Quarterly process post-mortems and identifying areas for improvements
    • Improve Business Operations documentation:
    • Participate in maintaining an updated version of the Sales Compensation Playbook
    • Key guidelines and rules for Sales Compensation Processes
    • Target Setting Process
    • Achievement Process
    • Q&A for Sales Employees

    Who You Are:

    • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
    • Strong communication and customer service abilities
    • Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
    • Quick and eager learner
    • Experience with handling large sets of data & numbers (proficiency in Excel, Power BI is a plus)

    *This is a 6-month full-time internship located in Barcelona*
