Meet the TA team:

What you'll be doing:

Partnering with hiring managers (including Clevel) to understand business needs and develop a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with their objectives.
Sourcing, identifying, and attracting top passive talent through various channels, from LinkedIn to job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals and ensure alignment between recruiting efforts and marketing initiatives.
Participating in TA & business events and conferences to drive Preply brand awareness.

What you need to succeed:

A track record of hiring top marketing or strategy talent in productled environments
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
Excellent data skills with experience using data to drive decisionmaking.
Collaborative by nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fastpaced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing recruiting
