    **Customer Engagement Specialist Iberia**

    We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to support our DS Smith Packaging organization in Iberia, focused on enhancing relationships with customers through positive experiences and long-lasting partnerships.

    About Us

    DS Smith is a leading provider of sustainable fibre-based packaging worldwide, supported by recycling and papermaking operations. We play a central role in the value chain across sectors including e-commerce, fast moving consumer goods and industrials.

    About the Role

    This position reports to the Head of Customer Engagement South and involves supporting the local market in continuous improvement of customer relationships through our Model to Serve.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead a local program of End-to-End Customer Engagement that caters to specific local sales needs.
    • Handle a wide range of workshops (1:1), physically, virtually and hybrid.
    • Organize and run larger workshops (1:Many), webinars and multi-customer events, including the annual customer event.
    • Manage, maintain, and update the physical space of Madrid's Customer Innovation HUB.
    • Build content and compelling storytelling presentations based on relevant trends, insights, and best practices.

    Requirements

    We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with sales leaders, sales teams and design & innovation teams across the region and the entire SMI organization.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and design/innovation, with a strong understanding of mega trends, packaging trends, and sustainability.

    A salary of approximately **€60,000 - €80,000 per annum**, depending on experience, is expected.
