What you'll be doing

  • Define the marketing and sales strategy and monitor the team's OKRs and KPIs
  • Oversee the daily operations of the marketing and sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across two countries
  • Implement the inbound marketing strategy across all channels, including push notifications, SMS, social media, content, landing pages, website, etc.
  • Discover, ideate, and build automated communications throughout the customer LTV to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and CLV
  • Administer our CRM platform, Salesforce, by implementing changes in the processes, building workflows, and optimizing system usage
  • Develop clear messaging and resulting marketing tactics and materials that enable our Sales and Customer Success team to effectively acquire and retain more users
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver successful product launches, sales campaigns, and ensure brand consistency in all channels

Profile:


  • 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role with a focus on marketing automation. Experience in the tech sector is a must
  • Equally comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Experience owning, implementing, and managing lifecycle automation with a focus on content
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, and knowledge of Portuguese is a big plus
  • Handson experience with CRM tools. Salesforce knowledge is desirable
  • Skilled in tracking and analyzing metrics. You are comfortable with numbers and love to learn from data
  • Excellent planning and project management skills, taking full responsibility to meet deadlines
  • You are a true team player: whatever the problem, you are always part of the solution
