Antai is looking for an Investment Manager to join a newly launched venture capital fund.
Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, Nemuru and Vitaance. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding and have generated more than $3B in shareholders value.

Antai Ventures is also Founding Partner for various venture capital funds investing across Southern Europe with a diverse range of investment thesis and strategies, including early-stage equity, venture debt, and media-for-equity.

As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for:

Be actively involved in the deal flow management process
Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
Active role in drafting investment memos and preparing materials to be presented in the investment committee
Assist in negotiating terms, structuring investments, and monitoring ongoing performance
Active role in preparing investor reporting materials
Build and maintain relationships with fund managers, industry peers, and external partners to stay abreast of market developments and access new investment opportunities
Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities as needed
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors to inform investment decisions and identify potential risks or opportunities

What are we looking for?

24 years of experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Passion for the digital sector and entrepreneurial mindset
The Fund is both an investor and a Startup itself.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in analysis and reporting.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
