You'll work on the following areas:
- Actively seeking the coolest global clients (fashion brands and photographers) who require models/content creators and help them to post attractive casting announcements on our platform.
- To learn how to lead a remote team and motivate them to improve their results in finding clients to post attractive castings.
Your role will consist of the following:
- Acquiring new clients to the platform via social media
- Providing onboarding and casting advice to clients
- Posting castings on behalf of clients
- Reaching targets and setting team targets
- Develop and expand our international team
What we require:
- Previous experience or keen interest in sales
- Excellent level of English (other languages an advantage)
- Excellent English copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Good MS Office skills
- Focused and driven to meet targets
- Creative eye for good models and imagery
- Selfmotivation is a must
Compensation is 500€ per month
