Sr. Manager Procurement Analytics

About the role:

You shape our approach towards analytics in Procurement based on a multiyear comprehensive agenda, identifying and addressing roadblocks and key success factors
You craft and exercise governance principles for analytics in Procurement balancing speed, flexibility and stability.
You own and continuously evolve the core procurement data models in collaboration with IT
You will closely collaborate with colleagues to identify compelling use cases and transfer those into analytical solutions together with IT
As developments in the analytics space are constantly evolving, you stay at the pulse by effectively conducting internal and external research to create thought leadership
Analytics is not only about technology and data. You will be responsible to lead the change management activities to embed new concepts and approaches to analytics in the Procurement community and cultivate data literacy across our teams

Who you are:

You have a strong digital affinity and analytical skills with practical experience in developing analytical products
Ideally, in depth experience in working with Procurement IT Systems (e.g. SAP/Ariba suite) and end2end process understanding
Experience in leading change management efforts across a global function
Capable of communicating sophisticated topics in simple & understandable ways at all levels of organization
Strategic Thinking & Planning. Specifically, the ability to assess asis situation, identify solution options for a target state
University degree or equivalent education, accompanied by multiple years of professional experience in Procurement and/or IT
