- Monitoring issue resolutions, updating the Asset Management system, and reporting to clients, paying special attention to failures and shortfalls that could result in production loss, including an Economic Impact Assessment.
- Issuing standard monthly and quarterly reports.
- Populating the reporting platform, QE Connect, with complete site details, including components, contracts, technical design, location, and setting up automatic reminders for compliance dates and events.
- Reviewing O&M reports to evaluate how incidents are treated and may have impacted plant performance. Regular performance review meetings with operators.
- Supervising O&M contractor compliance with preventive maintenance activities, including reviewing monthly reports.
- Overseeing O&M contractor's corrective maintenance actions and verifying their compliance with the O&M contract.
- Assisting in the calculation of contractual PR and/or availability values following contractual procedures.
- Reviewing site visit reports from the Operations Manager and addressing any punch lists resulting from these visits.
- Approving extraordinary works carried out by Contractors.

- Direct involvement in the business operations.
- 9 to 5 schedule with 60 minutes of paid break.

- A degree in Energy Engineering or similar field.
- Experience in monitoring energy assets, with knowledge of the PV solar market being advantageous.
- Strong presentational and reporting abilities to oversee the preparation and delivery of periodic and special reports to Quintas Energy's clients.
- Analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Fluent English communication skills at a business level, with knowledge of other European languages being beneficial.
- Capability to travel regularly to the UK and other markets where Quintas Energy operates.
