Job Description & Role:
A leading Contracting company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia has an immediate requirement for 4 Finishing Engineer(s)
- Overlook finishing construction work and make sure it is delivered with quality within the project timeline and budget
- Coordinate projectrelated issues with concerned departments and facilitate the process
- Monitor and track the progress of projects against the agreed Baseline schedule.
- Provide regular reports to management on project progress

Additional Requirements:
- Construction experience specially in the finishing area is MUST.
- Must be aware of all the finishing work like Building, tiles, marble, Reflected Ceiling, Skylights, Doors, Windows, Painting, Façade and Ceramics
- University Degree Architectural / Civil is MANDATORY
- 10 years experience in the construction field
- Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSH guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans,
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Strong problemsolving abilities
