    About the role : Are you passionate about Application Management and eager to be part of an exciting venture? We are thrilled to announce a great opportunity to join our team as an IT Application Portfolio Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects within ELL organization. This position includes to ensure that applications and products 'projects align with strategic objectives, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves coordinating different stakeholders and providing strategic direction on the areas of responsibility. The IT portfolio manager should not only be comfortable talking with high-level business leaders about individual portfolios, but also help us define a roadmap for companywide operations.

    Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of applications from inception to retirement. Application simplification.
  • To foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing mentorship, and ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • To ensure that ELL applications and products are maintained according to industry best practices, standards, covering security requirements.
  • To ensure governance and supportability of products and applications.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency, performance, and value of ELL IT applications and products governance. This soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • End to end ELL Privacy for ELL Division, including the implementation of privacy tools, policies, and procedures in alignment DPO strategies.
  • Partner with DPO office to align on the Enterprise Privacy and Compliance strategy and priorities.
  • Managing security risks to prevent potential threats for ELL.
  • Drive adoption of security and privacy policies and procedures across ELL products
  • Drive security and privacy trainings and awareness across the ELL
  • Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Most important skill: self-drive, proactiveness, and passion for work. We are building a vibrant team and these attributes are essential
  • Proven experience in Governance/Privacy Management.
  • Proven experience in ITIL and risk management
  • Knowledge of governance tools and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (, ITIL, PMP, PMI, Risk Management) preferred.
  • Budget management experience would be a plus.
  • Experience of Agile methodology would be a plus.
  • Expert in reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating different stakeholders at different levels being able to build a strong and proactive relationships.
  • Leadership and Communication skills, being able to elevate the work to senior management and influence senior stakeholders.
